Whittingham Quilt by Christopher Wilson Tate Pattern Only

26 in stock (can be backordered)

Please Note: this pattern will post to you on its own for $2.20, I will refund any overcharge for postage.

The coverlet is originated from Northumberland England which is a very lovely village called Whittingham, very ancient village going back 900 years.

Christopher Wilson-Tate purchased it from Elizabeth Fraser, she was in her 70’s when he met her and her daughter in Whittingham. She was given it by her grandmother many years before, it dates to around mid Victorian times 1840’s/1850’s. This English rare and quite unique design coverlet had literally just been passed down through the family!

Full size templates are printed in the pattern for both the piecing and the applique.  We offer the ability to purchase the Template Set  and/or Papers from Imprezzio for this quilt.  This is not the full set but pictured below is what is included.  These are not our templates and are the ISpy style. You can order these seperately. These are $24.50. We can also supply the paper pack for the quilt from Imprezzio. This is enough to make about half of the quilt and costs $90.00. Please note: we do not have stock of the Imprezzio templates & papers but will happily order them in for you.  These will be sent seperately and an extra postage charge will be incurred. Please do not hesitate to call or email if you have any questions.
