Bellmont House

Bellmont House is a collection of mini quilts.  It has six small quilts and six “Canvas Works” included in the pattern. “Canvas Works” are pieced backgrounds embellished with various treasures including buttons, lace,      ric-rac, antique keys, doilies, braid/trims, scrapbooking embellishments, twine, stranded cottons etc.  Once complete they are stapled to pre stretched canvases.  These make fantastic gifts.

Gracedale Doves

Gracedale Doves is inspired by an antique quilt that Lisa bought many years ago and the centre applique is inspired by two crewel embroidered coverlets from 1815 -1830. Acrylic templates are included for the Dove in the Window blocks, to make it easier to cut & sew them.  Also included is an Ohio star block for those who don’t wish to make all (or any) of the Dove in the Window blocks.  Blocks can be machine pieced, hand pieced or English paper pieced.  EPP packs are available as a separate purchase.Lisa and Lou have incorporated some embroidery stitching in the applique design.  Of course this is optional.A lovely big quilt.
